Our projects
Here, we have two videos demonstrating the process of removing and inserting an o-ring into an LPG cylinder valve. The first video showcases the efficient removal of the o-ring, while the second video demonstrates the seamless insertion of the o-ring into the valve. Both processes are carried out effortlessly using our state-of-the-art semi-automatic machines. With our advanced technology and precision engineering, the removal and insertion of the o-ring are executed flawlessly, ensuring the utmost safety and reliability of the LPG cylinder valve. Our machines are designed to streamline this operation, making it efficient and hassle-free. Witness the smooth operation and unparalleled performance of our machines in these videos.
PLC Controlled O-Ring Changing Machine
The PLC controlled safety cap removal machine is a highly efficient device with a remarkable speed of approximately 1200 cycles per hour. Its precise movement ensures accurate and reliable performance. We have pioneered the development of a unique mechanism specifically designed to remove safety caps from LPG cylinder valves. In the year 2021, we became the first company to successfully design and test this innovative machine. Our approach utilizes an electro-mechanical system to seamlessly execute the task of safety cap removal. With our cutting-edge technology, we ensure a streamlined and efficient process, enhancing productivity and safety in the LPG industry.
PLC controlled Safety cap Removal Machine
The PLC controlled capping machine has been successfully designed, tested, and is now ready for deployment. The machine has been specifically developed to tackle the complex task of locating the safety cap and placing it securely over the LPG cylinder valve through the narrow gap between the cylinder body and BP ring. This process requires at least 12 degrees of freedom, which has been successfully addressed and tested. The machine operates at an impressive speed of approximately 600 cycles per hour. In fact, we are currently working on modifications to further enhance its efficiency, aiming to double its speed. Our company takes pride in being the first to develop and successfully test such advanced capping machines, a feat that no other company has even attempted.
